Penalty for misbehaviour with intent to provoke a breach of peace
81. Whoever uses in any street or public place any threatening, abusive or insulting words with intent to provoke a breach of the peace or whereby a breach of the peace may be occasioned, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred taka.
