OFFENCES, PENALTIES AND PROCEDURE
Penalty for affixing bills or otherwise defacing building, etc.
99. Whoever without the consent of the owner or occupier, affixes any bill, notice or paper against or upon any building, wall, tree, fence, post, pole or other erection with chalk, ink or paint or in any manner whatsoever, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred taka.
