OFFENCES, PENALTIES AND PROCEDURE
Prosecution for offences under other laws not affected
107. Nothing in this Ordinance shall be construed to prevent any person from being prosecuted and punished under any other law for any offence made punishable by this Ordinance or from being prosecuted and punished under this Ordinance for an offence punishable under any other law:
Provided that all such cases shall be subject to the provisions of section 403 of the Code.
