Regulations, orders, etc., not invalidated by defect of form or irregularity in procedure
108. No regulation, order, direction, inquiry or notice made or published and no act done under any provision of this Ordinance or of any rule or regulation made thereunder shall be deemed illegal, void, invalid or insufficient by reason of any defect of form or any irregularity of procedure.
