Any person who- (a) wrongfully obtains possession of or retains, or, having in his possession, custody or control, wrongfully withholds, any asset or property acquired, or transferred to and vested in the Foundation, under this Ordinance,(b) having in his possession, custody or control any book of account, documents or papers relating to such asset or property willfully withholds or fails to furnish or deliver the same to the Foundation or the officer authorised by it in this behalf, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
