The Official Vehicles (Regulation of Use) Ordinance, 1986

Definitions
2. In this Ordinance, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-
 
 
 
 
(a) “official vehicle” means a vehicle belonging to, or provided by, the Government or a local authority;
 
 
 
 
(b) “public servant” means a person in the service of the republic or of a local authority;
 
 
 
 
(c) “vehicle” means a motor vehicle as defined in the Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1983 (LV of 1983).
