Declaration of fidelity and secrecy
26. (1) Every Director, member of the Technical Advisory Committee, auditor or employee of the Bank shall, before entering upon his duties, make a declaration of fidelity and secrecy in the form set out in the Schedule to this Ordinance.
(2) Whoever contravenes his declaration of fidelity and secrecy shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand taka, or with both.
