Act IV of 1969 এর সংশোধন
৮৷ The
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) এর -
১) section 19 এর বর্তমান বিধানটি উক্ত section এর sub-section (1) হিসাবে সংখ্যায়িত হইবে এবং তত্পর নিম্নরূপ sub-section (2) সংযোজিত হইবে, যথাঃ -
“(2) An exemption granted under sub-section (1) shall be effective from the date mentioned in the notification issued under that sub-section.”;
(২) THE FIRST SCHEDULE নিম্নরূপে সংশোধিত হইবে, যথা:-
কলাম 1 এর Heading No.-
(ক) 08.04 এর বিপরীতে কলাম 2তে H.S. Code 0804.50 এবং উহার বিপরীতে কলাম 3 এবং কলাম 4 এর এণ্ট্রিসমূহের পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ H.S. Code এবং এণ্ট্রিসমূহ প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা :-
“-Guavas, mangoes and mangosteens-
0804. 501 ... Guavas | .. | .. | .. | .. | 50% | 0804.502 ... Mangosteens | .. | .. | .. | .. | 50% | 0804.503 ... Mango | .. | .. | .. | .. | 100%”| |

(খ) 84.35 এর বিপরীতে কলাম 2 তে H.S. Code 8435.10 এবং উহার বিপরীতে কলাম 3 এবং 4 এর এণ্ট্রিসমূহের পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ H.S. Code এবং এণ্ট্রিসমূহ প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা :- |
