১৪৷ The Finance Ordinance, 1986 (XLV of 1986) এর section 11 এর sub-section (1) এ-(ক) “on all airline tickets” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে “on all airline tickets, other than airline tickets for international flights,” শব্দগুলি ও কমাগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে; এবং (খ) ফুলষ্টপ এর পরিবর্তে কোলন প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং তত্পর নিম্নরূপ proviso সংযোজিত হইবে; যথা :-“Provided that the National Board of Revenue may, by notification in the official Gazette, exempt, subject to such conditions as it may deem fit to impose, from payment of tax under this section tickets purchased by such class of persons as it may specify in the notification.” |
