ইনষ্টিটিউট দোকান ইত্যাদি হিসাবে গণ্য হইবে না
১৯৷ আপাততঃ বলবত্ অন্য কোন আইনে যাহা কিছুই থাকুক না কেন, ইনষ্টিটিউট Shops and Establishments Act, 1965 (E.P. Act VII of 1965), The Factories Act, 1965 ( E.P. Act IV of 1965) বা The Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969 (XXIII of 1969) এর তাত্পর্যাধীন æshop”, æcommercial establishment”, æfactory” বা æindustry” বলিয়া গণ্য হইবে না৷
