OF THE JURISDICTION OF THE CRIMINAL COURTS IN INQUIRIES AND TRIALS

A.-Place of Inquiry or Trial

High Court Division to decide, in case of doubt, district where inquiry or trial shall take place
185.(1) Whenever a question arises as to which of two or more Courts subordinate to 1[* * *] High Court Division ought to inquire into or try any offence, it shall be decided by 2[the] High Court Division.
