CONDITIONS OF TRANSMISSION OF POSTAL ARTICLES

Prohibition of transmission by post of certain newspapers.
1[27A. No newspaper printed and published in Bangladesh without conforming to the rules laid down in the 2[Printing Presses and Publications (Declaration and Registration) Act, 1973], shall be transmitted by post.
