(1) The Licensing Authority may suspend or cancel a license granted under sub-section (2) of section 4B, if the Licensed Mailing Operator of Courier Service commits breach of any of the conditions of the license : Provided that in the case of cancellation of any license, the licensee shall be served with a show cause notice of fifteen days and be given a reasonable opportunity of being heard. (2) Any person being aggrieved by the order of the Licensing Authority under sub-section (1) may apply to the government for reviewing the impugned order within thirty days from the date of the order and the decision of the government shall be final.]
