ইনষ্টিটিউট দোকান ইত্যাদি হিসাবে গণ্য হইবে না
১৮৷ আপাততঃ বলবত্ অন্য কোন আইনে যাহা কিছুই থাকুক না কেন, ইনষ্টিটিউট the Shops and Establishments Act, 1965 (E.P. Act VII of 1965), the Factories Act, 1965 (E.P. Act IV of 1965) বা the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969 (XXIII of 1969) এর তাত্পর্যাধীন æshop”, æcommercial establishment”, æFactory” বা æindustry” হিসাবে গণ্য হইবে না৷
