Act IV of 1969 এর section 12 এর সংশোধন
৬৷ Customs Act এর section 12 এর “Commissioner of Customs” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে “Commissioner of Customs (Bond) or any other Commissioner of Customs authorised by the Board” শব্দগুলি ও বন্ধনী প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে৷
