৯৷ Customs Act এর section 25 এর(ক) sub-section (1) এর Explanation এর-(অ) clause (a) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ নূতন clause (a) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:-“(a) “the time of importation” means the date on which a bill of entry is delivered under section 79.”;(আ) clause (b) তে “allowed” শব্দটির পর “under that section” শব্দগুলি সন্নিবেশিত হইবে;(খ) sub-section (4) এর-(i) “delivered to the appropriate officer” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে “delivered under section 79 or electronically transmitted to the Customs computer system” শব্দগুলি ও সংখ্যা প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে;(ii) শর্তাংশ বিলুপ্ত হইবে; এবং (গ) sub-section (5) এর “and section 109” শব্দগুলি ও সংখ্যা বিলুপ্ত হইবে৷
