১৮৷ Customs Act এর section 53 এর-(ক) sub-section (1) এর দ্বিতীয় শর্তাংশের পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ শর্তাংশ প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:-“Provided further that when the master is a registered user, he may make the application under this sub-section by transmitting it to the Customs computer system, and an application so transmitted shall be deemed to have been duly signed by him.”;(খ) sub-section (2) এর clause (c) এর শেষে full stop এর পরিবর্তে কোলন প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, এবং উহার নীচে নিম্নরূপ শর্তাংশ সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা:-“Provided that if the master is a registered user, he may transmit to the Customs computer system the export manifest and other documents specified at clauses (b) and (c) and the documents so transmitted shall be deemed to have been signed by him for the purposes of this section.”৷
