Act IV of 1969 এর section 101 এর সংশোধন
২৯৷ Customs Act এর section 101 এর-
(ক) sub-section (2) এর “Commissioner of Customs” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে “Commissioner of Customs (Bond) or any other Commissioner of Customs authorised by the Board” শব্দগুলি ও বন্ধনী প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে;
(খ) sub-section (5) এর “Commissioner of Customs” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে “Commissioner of Customs (Bond) or any other Commissioner of Customs authorised by the Board” শব্দগুলি ও বন্ধনী প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে৷
