Exclusion of time of defendant’s absence from Bangladesh and certain other territories
13. In computing the period of limitation prescribed for any suit, the time during which the defendant has been absent from Bangladesh and from the territories beyond Bangladesh under the administration of the 1[Government] shall be excluded.
