Act VII of 1870 এর SCHEDULE I এর সংশোধন
৩৷ Court-Fees Act এর SCHEDULE I এ “Ad valorem Fees” শিরোনামাধীন Number 1 এর বিপরীতে “Proper fees (taka)” কলামে proviso এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ proviso প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:-
“Provided that the maximum fee leviable on a plaint or memoradum of appeal shall be forty thousand Taka.”
