২০৷ Customs Act এর section 131 এর sub-section (1) এর clause (a) এর sub-clause (i) এর শেষ প্রান্ত্মস্থিত সেমিকোলন এর পরিবর্তে কোলন প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, এবং অতঃপর নিম্নরূপ নূতন proviso সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা:-“Provided that the Commissioner of Customs may within a period of six months require the owner who has electronically transmitted a bill of export to the Customs computer system to submit to the appropriate officer a bill of export in paper duly signed by him or his authorised agent containing such information as the said Commissioner may specify;”৷
