Income-tax Ordinance, 1984 (Ord. No. XXXVI of 1984) এর সংশোধন
৩৩৷ Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 19B এর সংশোধন
৩৩৷ Income-tax Ordinance এর section 19B এর clauses (a), (b), (c) ও (d) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ clauses (a) ও (b) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:-
“(a) taka one hundred and fifty per square metre in case of a building or apartment the plinth area of which does not exceed two hundred square metre;
(b) taka two hundred and fifty per square metre in case of a building or apartment the plinth area of which exceeds two hundred square metre.”৷
