৪৬৷ Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 53H এর সংশোধন
৪৬৷ Income-tax Ordinance এর section 53H এর sub-section (2) এর clause (e) এর শেষ প্রান্তস্থিত ফুলষ্টপের পরিবর্তে সেমিকোলন প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং অতঃপর নিম্নরূপ নতুন clause (f) সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা:-
“(f) transfer of any non-agricultural land or building situated in city corporation or pourashava or cantonment board which is transferred within five years from the date of its acquisition.”৷
