৫১৷ Income-tax Ordinance এর section 82 এর sub-section (1) এর-(ক) প্রথম proviso এর “company not less than fifty per cent. of whose paid up capital is owned by persons other than Bangladeshis” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে “company not less than thirty per cent of whose paid up capital is owned by persons other than Bangladeshis or a company incorporated by or under any law of a country outside Bangladesh” শব্দগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে; এবং (খ) Explanation এর শেষ প্রান্তস্থিত দাড়ি বিলুপ্ত হইবে এবং অতঃপর “or a company incorporated by or under any law of a country outside Bangladesh.” শব্দগুলি ও ফুলষ্টপ সন্নিবেশিত হইবে৷
