1[80. (1) All fees, taxes, service charges and duties under this Act and any other laws for the time being in force for the registration of documents shall be payable on the presentation of such documents and the Registering Officer shall realize the same.
(2) The Government shall by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules regarding the procedure of realization of fees, taxes, service charges and duties and regarding the use of the service charges realized under this chapter.]
