৪৷ The Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), অতঃপর Customs Act বলিয়া উল্লিখিত, এর Section 22 এর-(ক) clause (a) এর "or any other tax” শব্দগুলি বিলুপ্ত হইবে;(খ) clause (b) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ clause (b) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:-"(b) where such goods were exported from any bonded warehouse, without payment of-(i) the customs-duty or infra-structure development surcharge (অবকাঠামো উন্নয়ন সারচার্জ) chargeable on the imported materials, if any, used in the manufacture of such goods; or(ii) the excise duty chargeable on the indigenous raw materials, if any, used in the manufacture of such goods; or(iii) the excise duty, if any, chargeable on such goods,on payment of customs-duty equal to the aggregate amount of all such duties and charges calculated at the rates prevailing at the time and place of importation of goods; or”;(খ) clause (b) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ clause (b) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:-”(c) in any other case, without payment of customs duty.”
