Act IV of 1969 এর section 33 এর সংশোধন
৬৷ Customs Act এর section 33 এর sub-section (1) এর প্রান্তস্থিত ফুলস্টপের পরিবর্তে কোলন প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং অতঃপর নিম্নরূপ proviso সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:-
'Provided that where the amount so claimed is less than one thousand taka, refund shall not be allowed.”|
