৯৷ Customs Act এর section 194 এর sub-section (1) এর-(ক) "the duty demanded or the penalty levied” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে "fifty per cent of the duty demanded or fifty per cent of the penalty imposed, or both, as the case may be” শব্দগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে;(খ) প্রথম শর্তাংশের 'as aforesaid the entire amount of the penalty” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে "the amount of the penalty as aforesaid” শব্দগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে৷ (গ) দ্বিতীয় শর্তাংশের "penalty levied” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে "penalty imposed” শব্দগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে৷
