১৩৷ Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 16B এর সংশোধন
১৩৷ Income-tax Ordinance এর section 16B এর Explanation এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ Explanation প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:-
”Explanation-. For the purpose of this section, ”undistributed profit” means accumulated profit including free reserve.”|
