৩৫৷ Income-tax Ordinance এর section 116 এর-(ক) sub-section (1) এর “the Commissioner” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে “the Commissioner, the Director General, Central Intelligence Cell,” শব্দগুলি ও কমাগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে;(খ) sub-section (2) এর “the Commissioner” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে “the Commissioner, the Director General, Central Intelligence Cell,” শব্দগুলি ও কমাগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে;(গ) sub-section (3) এর "the Commissioner” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে "the Commissioner, the Director General, Central Intelligence Cell,” শব্দগুলি ও কমাগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে৷
