Penalty for dishonestly receiving stolen property
1[40B. Whoever dishonestly receives or retains any stolen electric-line materials or sub-station materials or equipment knowing or having reasons to believe the same to be stolen property, shall be punishable with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than three years but which may extend to five years and shall also be liable to fine which may extend to twenty five thousand taka.]
