২৪৷ Income-tax Ordinance এর section 53BB এর পর নিম্নরূপ নতুন section 53BBB সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- "53BBB. Collection of tax from Member of Stock Exchanges.- The Chief Executive Officer of a stock exchange shall collect tax at the rate of zero point zero one five per cent (0.015%) on the value of shares, debentures, mutual funds, bonds or securities transacted by a member of a stock exchange at the time of payment for such transaction.”৷
