৩০৷ Income-tax Ordinance এর section 82 এর- (ক) sub-section (1) এর দ্বিতীয় proviso এর clause (b) এর পর নিম্নরূপ নতুন clause (bb) সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- "(bb) such return does not show any loss or lesser income than the last assessed income, or assessment on the basis of such return does not result in refund.”; (খ) sub-section (2) এর “a portion, not exceeding ten per cent of the return filed under first proviso in sub-section (1) showing loss or lesser income than the last assessed income or assessment on the basis of which result in refund,” শব্দগুলি, কমাগুলি, বন্ধনীগুলি এবং সংখ্যা বিলুপ্ত হইবে।
