Security for costs
1[74A. Where a person giving notice of any opposition under this Act or giving notice to the Court of appeal from any decision of the Registrar under this Act, neither resides nor carries on business in Bangladesh, the Registrar or the Court, as the case may be, may require such person to give security for the payment of all costs incurred and likely to be incurred in the proceedings or appeal, as the case may be, and, in default of such security being given, may disallow the opposition or dismiss the appeal.]
