1♣An Act to provide for the better control and sanitation of Mining Settlements in Bangladesh

 
WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the better control and sanitation of mining settlements in Bangladesh;
 
 
It is hereby enacted as follows:-
 
 
 

Short title and extent
1. (1) This Act may be called the 2[* * *] Mining Settlements Act, 1912; and
 
 
(2) It extends to the whole of Bangladesh.
