(a) Grants of letters of administration and probate
Administrator General entitled to letters of administration, unless granted to next-of-kin
7. Any letters of administration, which are granted after the commencement of this Act by the High Court Division shall be granted to the Administrator General 1[* * *] unless they are granted to the next-of-kin of the deceased.
