A Regulation to apply the Explosive Substances Act, 1908, to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.
WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the Explosive Substances Act, 1908, to the Chittagong Hill-tracts;
It is hereby enacted as follows:-
1. This Regulation may be called the Chittagong Hill-tracts Laws Regulation, 1943.
2. The Explosive Substances Act, 1908, shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.
