19. All references under this Act shall be made by application, to and tried by, the Court of the District Judge.

    CHAPTER IV consisting of sections 19 to 21 was substituted, for the former CHAPTER IV by section 10 of the Cantonments (House-Accommodation) (Amendment) Act, 1930 (Act No. IX of 1930).
