Superintendence of lands granted for support of Colleges, etc.
2. The general superintendence of all lands granted for the support of colleges and for other beneficial purposes, and of all public buildings, such as bridges, sarais, kattras and other
edifices, is hereby vested in the 2[Deputy Commissioner]
The word "Deputy Commissioner" was substituted for the words "Board of Revenue" or "Board" by Article 3, Schedule of the Bangladesh Laws (Repealing and Amending) Order, 1973 (President's Order No. 12 of 1973).
