Amendment of section 33 of Ben. Act VII of 1923

15. In clause (c) of section 33 of the said Act, for the words "Indian Penal Code", the words" ¹[***] Penal Code" shall be substituted.

The word "Pakistan" was omitted by Article 6 of the Bangladesh (Adaptation of Existing Laws) Order, 1972 (President's Order No. 48 of 1972).
