২০। উক্ত Ordinance এর section53C তে উল্লিখিত-

(ক) “before delivering the possession of the goods or the property” শব্দগুলি পর “or allowing to exercise the rights” শব্দগুলি সন্নিবেশিত হইবে;

(খ) “at such rate, not exceeding seven and a half percent of the sale price, as may be prescribed.” শব্দগুলি, কমাগুলি এবং ফুলস্টপের পরিবর্তে “at the rate of 10% (ten percent) of the sale price:” শব্দগুলি, সংখ্যা এবং কোলন (:) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে; এবং

(গ) Explanation এর পূর্বে নিম্নরূপ নূতন Proviso সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:-

“Provided that the rate of deduction shall be 1% (one percent) in case of sale of tea by public auction.”।
