Certain persons deemed to be public servants

12. All persons authorised under sub section (2) of section 3, clause (d) of sub section (2) of section 5, section 6 or clause (b) of sub section (2) of section 9 shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the ¹[Penal Code].
