OTHER INCIDENTS OF NON-AGRICULTURAL TENANCIES
No ejectment except in execution of decree
70. No non-agricultural tenant shall be ejected from the tenancy or from any non-agricultural land which he holds except in execution of a decree of a competent Civil Court.
