SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS

Control over, and Suspension of, the Kartripakkha

Control over the Kartripakkha
1[191A. The Government shall exercise general control and supervision over the Kartripakkha as well as its Chairman and 2[other members] and may give direction to them, as may be necessary, for ensuring that their activities conform to the purpose of the Act; and the Kartripakkha, the Chairman and the 3[other members] shall exercise their powers and perform their functions in accordance with such direction.
