48. The Administrator shall maintain a register of waqfs which shall contain in respect of each waqf copies of the waqf deeds and the following particulars:-(a) the name of the mutawalli;(b) the rules of succession to the office of mutawalli under the waqf deed or by custom or usage;(c) particulars of all waqf properties, and all title deeds and documents relating thereto;(d) particulars of the scheme of administration and the scale of expenditure at the time of enrolment; and(e) such other particulars as the Administrator may prescribe.
