Chapter XI

WAREHOUSING

Power to decide where goods may be deposited in 1[warehouse], and on what terms
118. The 2[Commissioner of Customs (Bond) or any other Commissioner of Customs authorised by the Board] may from time to time determine in what division of any 3[warehouse], and in what manner, and on what terms, any goods may be deposited, and what sort of goods may be deposited in any such warehouse.
