The Bangladesh Industrial Development Corporation Order, 1972 (President's Order)

( PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 39 OF 1972 )

 
 
 
 
2. (1) On the commencement of this Order, there shall be established a corporation to be called the Bangladesh Industrial Development Corporation.
 
 
 
 
(2) The Corporation shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power, subject to the provisions of this Order, to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
 
 
 
 
(3) The head office of the Corporation shall be at Dacca.
