The Bangladesh Special (Remuneration and Privileges) Order, 1972 (President's Order)

( PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 49 OF 1972 )

 
 
 
 
2. In this Order, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-
 
 
 
 
(a) “Government” means the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh;
 
 
 
 
1[(b) “Minister” means a member of the Council of Ministers and includes a Minister of State and a Deputy Minister but does not include the Prime Minister;]
 
 
 
 
(c) “Prescribed” means prescribed under the rules framed by the Government.
 
 
 
 
 
 
(d) The “President” means the President of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
 
 
 
 
(e) The “Prime Minister” means the Prime Minister of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
 
 
 
 
(f) “Scheduled Office” means an office enumerated in the schedule to this Order.
