The Bangladesh (Freedom Fighters) Welfare Trust Order, 1972 (President's Order)

( PRESIDENT'S ORDER NO. 94 OF 1972 )

[ 7th August, 1972 ]

1[9A. (1) The Trust shall have a full-time Managing Director to be appointed by the Government, who shall be the chief executive of the Trust.
 
 
(2) The Managing Director shall be appointed on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Government.]
