REGISTRATION OF POLITICAL PARTIES WITH THE COMMISSION
90G. A registered political party shall inform the Commission in the prescribed manner about the compliance of the provisions in 2[clause (1)(b) of Article 90B].

The words,brackets, numbers and letters "clause (1)(b)of Article 90B" were substituted for the words, brackets, numbers and letters " clause (2) of Article 90B by section 4 of Representation of the People (Second Amendment) Act, 2009 (Act No. LXIV of 2009) (with effect from 25th July, 2009).
